Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using StackRevenue's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Service Description

StackRevenue provides pre-qualified, scheduled service appointments to contractors and service professionals ("Partners"). We call, qualify, and schedule appointments on behalf of our Partners across various service verticals including gutter cleaning, house washing, pest control, and interior design.

Payment Model: Partners pay only when they accept a booked appointment. No upfront costs, retainers, or subscription fees are required.

3. Partner Obligations

3.1 Service Delivery: Partners agree to:

  • Respond to accepted appointments within the agreed timeframe
  • Maintain professional standards and licensing requirements
  • Provide quoted services at the discussed scope and budget
  • Maintain proper insurance coverage as required by law

3.2 Acceptance Window:

  • Partners have the right to decline any appointment without charge
  • Declined appointments may be replaced within 7 days per our guarantee
  • Accepted appointments must be honored or rescheduled with customer consent

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Fee Structure:

  • Gutter Cleaning: $50 per accepted job
  • House Washing: $60 per accepted job
  • Pest Control: $70 per accepted job
  • Interior Design: £150 per accepted intro

4.2 Payment Terms:

  • Payment is due upon acceptance of an appointment
  • Volume discounts may be available for high-volume partners
  • First accepted job may be offered free as part of promotional pilots
  • All fees are non-refundable once the appointment is accepted

5. Replace-if-Declined Guarantee

If a Partner declines an appointment, we will provide a replacement appointment within 7 days at no additional charge, subject to availability in the Partner's service area.

This guarantee applies to the first decline of any given appointment. Repeated declines may result in service adjustments or termination at our discretion.

6. Service Standards and Quality

6.1 Pre-Qualification:

We make reasonable efforts to pre-qualify customers based on budget, timeline, and scope. However, we do not guarantee that every customer will convert to a paid job.

6.2 Customer Information:

We provide Partners with customer contact information, appointment details, service requirements, and budget expectations to the best of our knowledge at the time of booking.

7. Cancellation and Termination

7.1 Partner Cancellation:

  • Partners may cancel service at any time without penalty
  • No long-term contracts or commitments are required
  • Outstanding payments for accepted appointments remain due

7.2 StackRevenue Termination:

We reserve the right to terminate service to any Partner for breach of these terms, unprofessional conduct, customer complaints, or non-payment.

8. Limitation of Liability

StackRevenue acts as a booking and qualification service only. We are not responsible for:

  • Quality of work performed by Partners
  • Disputes between Partners and customers
  • Injuries, damages, or losses arising from service delivery
  • Customer payment issues or collection
  • Regulatory compliance beyond our qualification process

9. Indemnification

Partners agree to indemnify and hold harmless StackRevenue, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Services performed by the Partner
  • Partner's violation of these terms
  • Partner's violation of any laws or regulations
  • Disputes between Partner and customers

10. Compliance

StackRevenue operates in compliance with:

  • US Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
  • UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR)
  • General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable
  • State and local consumer protection laws

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which StackRevenue is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
